Terms and Conditions for SUPER CHEF SEEMA
1. Introduction Welcome to Super Chef Seema’s Services. By booking or using our catering, meal plan, or private dinner services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging in any transaction.
2. Booking and Payment

Catering Services: A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.

Meal Plans: Full payment is required at the time of order confirmation.

Private Dinners: A 50% deposit is required upon booking, with the balance due 48 hours before the event.

Payment methods accepted: Credit card, bank transfer, and other methods as specified during booking.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Catering Services:

Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event will receive a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations within 7-14 days will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.

No refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event.

Meal Plans:

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

No refunds for cancellations after 24 hours.

Private Dinners:

Cancellations more than 72 hours before the event will receive a full refund.

Cancellations within 48-72 hours will receive a 50% refund.

No refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event.

4. Dietary Restrictions and Allergies

Clients must provide detailed dietary requirements and allergy information at the time of booking.

Super Chef Seema’s team will make every effort to accommodate restrictions but cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
5. Liability

Super Chef Seema’s Services are not liable for any adverse reactions caused by failure to disclose dietary restrictions or allergies.

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, or sudden illness.
6. Client Responsibilities

Catering: Clients are responsible for providing access to the venue and necessary facilities (e.g., kitchen access, electricity, water) unless otherwise agreed upon.

Private Dinners: Clients must ensure the dining area is clean, safe, and accessible for Chef Seema’s team.
7. Food Handling and Safety

Leftover food is the responsibility of the client. Super Chef Seema’s team is not liable for any issues arising from improper storage or handling of leftovers.
8. Photography and Promotion

Super Chef Seema’s team reserves the right to take photographs of food and event setups for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified by the client in writing.
9. Intellectual Property

All recipes, menus, and food presentations created by Super Chef Seema remain the intellectual property of the business and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
10. Amendments

Super Chef Seema reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of changes via email or website updates.
11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of California.
